All repeat prescriptions are computerised and you will be given a request slip listing the medications you can order without seeing a doctor. Requests can be made by ticking the items which you require.
Prescription requests can be brought to either the Waterfront or Solent reception. They can also be posted or faxed. Finally it will be possible to email each of the surgeries to request your repeat prescription (see links above).
If your medications need reviewing you may be asked to attend the surgery before more medication can be issued.
Please note that prescription requests are not normally taken over the telephone.
Chemist Collection Service
Several of the local chemists operate a collection service. Please speak to your pharmasist for details. If you let us know your preferred chemist the prescription will be collected by that chemist. You can then pick up your tablets directly from the pharmacy without having to collect the prescription at the surgery.
